About client payments

Your plan covers the platform. When a client pays you, that charge runs on your own Stripe account and Notch takes a flat 2%Stripe’s processing fee is separate and goes to Stripe.

How payments work

Questions

What happens after the 14 days?

Nothing is charged until the trial ends. Add a card whenever you are ready and the plan starts from that point.

Does Notch take a cut of what my clients pay me?

A flat 2% of each client charge, on top of your plan. Clients pay onto your own Stripe account and Stripe pays you out directly — Notch is never holding your money.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Move up or down whenever your roster changes. Billing adjusts from the next period, and nothing you have built is lost.

What counts as an active client?

Someone currently on your roster with an accepted offer. Past clients and pending applications do not count toward the limit.
